*John Mueller and the WDP band have been recreating the Winter Dance Party since 1999*

 

The Winter Dance Party 2002 with John Mueller, Jay Richardson Jr. (The Big Bopper's son), and the WDP band began touring this year on January 18th. I hope you were able to attend one of these great shows somewhere along the route.

What a wonderful, magical experience it is as John, Jay, and the band transport you back in time to the original Winter Dance Party . I can't recommend this show highly enough and I think you will agree after seeing it that the music most certainly didn't die in 1959! These guys put on an energetic yet truly touching performance in tribute to Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper. Their love for the music shines each time they take the stage.
